This call will focus on understanding how your business operates, including your current workflows, processes, and the systems you use day to day. Please come prepared with any relevant notes, procedures, tools, or process documentation you currently use within your business. During the call, I'll ask you to walk me through your full process step by step so we can clearly identify how everything works and determine the best way to consolidate it into one custom software solution built specifically for your business. This call typically lasts for 45 min to an hour.
