What we look for when we do hire
Operators first. The product is built by someone who runs businesses that book calls, estimates, and sessions every week. People who have run something — a crew, a studio, a book of clients — understand customers in a way a resume can’t show.
Shipping over process. The changelog is the culture page. Read a month of it and you know how this team works better than any values deck would tell you.
Plain English. We write for customers the way we’d talk to a friend at a coffee table. If you can explain a booking rule without jargon, you’re ahead of most of the industry.
