Schedule Page
One page, every event type your team offers.
A parent should be able to open one link, see the whole week, and book the right session. Single-event-per-link tools can’t do that — Schedule Page is built for it.
Every workspace includes Schedule Pages. Three on the free plan.

The gap in every other scheduling tool.
Traditional scheduling tools max out at one event type per booking page. Run an academy, a studio, a practice — anything with a lineup — and you’re stuck pasting six links into a group chat. Schedule Page puts the whole lineup on one URL: four layouts, six ways to group, and every session still books through its own event type underneath.
- Stacked list, day columns, week grid, or card grid
- Group by day, program, age band, location, or instructor
- Relabel and recolor per page without touching the event type
- One tap opens the booking window, already set to that session
Four layouts. Pick by shape, not by name.
These aren’t mockups — every demo below is the actual product drawing itself with demo data.

Six ways to group. Zero spreadsheets.
The grouping reads your real data — weekly hours, titles, tags, locations, hosts. Change the schedule and the page regroups itself.
Day of week
Sundays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays — read straight from each event type’s weekly hours.
Program
Skills Academy, Hitting Academy, Flex Hitting. You tag it, the page groups it.
Age group
Put 6U-8U or 9U-10U or HS in the title and the bands sort themselves.
Location
North gym, south field, Zoom — whatever “where” means for you.
Instructor
One section per coach or host. Multi-instructor teams read clean.
None
One flat list in exactly the order you drag it into.
One page in front. Real workflows behind.
A Schedule Page is presentation, not a second booking system. Every booking follows the chosen event type’s normal path — its calendar, its host, its confirmation and reminder emails, its payment rules, its integrations, its Pocket Agent follow-ups. Nothing splits off, nothing gets out of sync.
- The 6U-8U session books on the 6U-8U calendar
- Paid sessions still collect payment at booking
- Waitlists, buffers, and notice rules all hold
- Cancel and reschedule links work exactly as before

Three URLs, one page.

- Can I share one URL with multiple event types on it?
- Yes — that is the whole point. A Schedule Page holds as many event types as you run, grouped and ordered how you want, on one URL.
- Does the visitor still get one booking modal?
- Yes. Tap any session and the standard in-site booking sheet opens, pre-filtered to that event type. No redirect, no second page.
- Can I use my own domain?
- Yes, on the Team plan — point book.yourbrand.com at us with one CNAME and SSL issues on its own. Pro plans get a vanity subdomain.
- How is this different from Rep Card?
- Schedule Page is the page people book from — your lineup, grouped and tappable. Rep Card is the landing page around you — face, proof, contact, booking. A Rep Card can embed a whole Schedule Page with one block, and editing the page updates every card that uses it.
