How does round robin assign the meeting?
Least-recently-booked first, among the hosts free at that slot. Nobody gets buried while a teammate coasts, and a host with a packed Tuesday just gets skipped for one with room.
What's a collective event?
One where the meeting needs several specific people — a sales call with an engineer, an intake with two clinicians. The page only offers slots where every required host is free.
Can the attendee choose who they meet?
Yes. Attendee-picks-host shows your people with their own availability — right for returning clients who want their person back.
Whose calendars does it check?
Every host's connected calendars. Busy on any of them removes the slot for that host. Buffers and notice rules apply per host too.
