Skip the slot grid. Type when you want it.

A guest who knows they want Tuesday afternoon shouldn't have to scan three weeks of boxes to find it. On your booking page they type it, and the grid narrows to the slots that match.

Typed query, filtered grid, one-tap clear — the flow on every booking page

The grid asks the guest to do the searching.

A booking grid answers “when is this person free?” by showing everything. But most guests arrive with the answer already in their head — Tuesday afternoon, some morning this week, Friday. The grid makes them translate that into scrolling.

The text box skips the translation. They type what they already know, the slots that match stand out, and the ones that don't fade back. The grid stays on the page the whole time — this is an accelerator on top of the flow guests already trust, not a chatbot replacing it.

How it works

  1. 1

    Guest lands on your page

Same booking page as always — your event type, your availability rules, the grid of open slots.

  2. 2

    They type it

"Next Tuesday afternoon" into the text box above the grid. No syntax to learn — plain words.

  3. 3

    The grid narrows

Matching slots stand out, the rest fade, and a "Clear filter" chip brings the full grid back in one tap.

  4. 4

    They book, same as ever

Picking a slot runs the standard flow — intake, confirmation, calendar invite. The filter never touches the booking itself.

Try it on a real page.

Common questions

What can guests actually type?

Plain phrases about time: "next Tuesday afternoon", "this week, mornings", "Friday". The parser turns it into a date range and time of day, and the grid filters to match.

What happens when it can’t parse something?

Nothing breaks. The full grid stays exactly as it was, and the guest picks a slot the normal way. The text box fails open — an empty or confusing query never costs anyone a booking.

Does this change how the booking works?

No. Picking a filtered slot runs the same booking flow as picking any slot — same intake questions, same confirmation, same calendar invite, same rules. The filter only changes what the guest is looking at.

How fast is it?

The parse comes back sub-second. The guest types, the grid narrows, and a "Clear filter" chip appears so they can get the full grid back in one tap.
