Common questions

What rules can I set?

Weekly working hours, per-date overrides (holidays, extended days), buffer minutes before and after each meeting, minimum notice so nobody books your next half hour, and a maximum advance window so nobody books next year.

Do the rules apply per event type?

Yes. A 15-minute intro can allow same-day booking while your paid intensive requires two days of notice and a 30-minute prep buffer. Each event type carries its own rules over your base schedule.

How do timezones work?

You set hours in your timezone; attendees see slots in theirs, with the zone switcher on the picker. Daylight-saving transitions are computed correctly — the engine is tested on the edge cases.

What blocks a slot?

Your connected calendars (Google and Microsoft), other bookings in Buildout Schedule, buffers, and your rules. Busy anywhere means the slot never renders.

Can I block a single day without changing my week?

Date overrides. Mark the 4th unavailable or open a one-off Saturday — the weekly pattern stays untouched.
