Recurring meetings

Book the whole series in one click.

Some meetings aren't one meeting. An 8-week coaching program is eight. A weekly 1:1 is every Tuesday until you say stop. Instead of making the guest book them one at a time — or worse, chasing each one over email — let them pick the cadence and book the whole run at once.

The guest picks the cadence and the count — the grid stays exactly as it was

Repeating meetings are where scheduling tools quit.

Most booking pages hand you one slot at a time. Fine for a discovery call. Wrong for the work that actually repeats: the program you run over eight weeks, the check-in you hold every other Thursday, the review that lands on the first Monday of the month.

Without a way to book the series, the repeat becomes manual — the guest rebooks every week, or you send a calendar invite by hand and hope the times hold. Both leak. Someone forgets, a week slips, and the standing meeting stops standing.

Recurring booking makes the series the unit. The guest picks weekly, every two weeks, or monthly, picks how many, and books all of it in one click — every occurrence checked against your real availability before a single one lands.

Pick the cadence, book the run.

After the guest picks a time, they get a simple choice: just this once, or repeat this time. Repeat opens three cadences — whichever you enabled — and a count they can dial up to your max.

The slot grid never changes. A guest who wants a single meeting books it exactly the way they always did; the repeat option is there for the ones who need the whole run.

Every date checked before anything books.

Before the series is written, each occurrence is run against your availability — buffers, notice windows, busy calendar blocks, all of it. If one date is taken, the guest sees which meeting it is and decides: skip that one and book the rest, or pick a different start.

When it books, it books as a series: one confirmation email with every date, one calendar invite covering the run, and — for Google Meet — one link the guest keeps for all of them.

How it works

  1. 1

Turn it on for a meeting type

Flip "Let guests book this on a repeat", pick which cadences you allow, and set a max. Works on free meeting types and paid ones, Pro plan and up.

  2. 2

    The guest picks how often

They choose a time like always, then pick weekly, every two weeks, or monthly, and how many meetings. Same time, every time.

  3. 3

One click books all of them

Every occurrence is checked against your real availability first. One click writes the whole series and one calendar invite lands.

  4. 4

    Change one or change all

The cancel link asks: just this meeting, or the whole series? Rescheduling moves the one meeting and leaves the rest where they are.

Built for the work that repeats.

A coach running an 8-week program books the client once and the whole block is on both calendars. A manager holding a weekly 1:1 sets it and stops thinking about it. A team lead running a monthly QBR books the quarter in a click.

When a single meeting needs to move, it moves on its own and the rest stay put. When the whole thing is done early, one cancel closes out every upcoming date. The series is one thing to create and one thing to change.

Common questions

What if one of the dates is already busy?

Every occurrence is checked before anything books. If meeting 3 of 8 lands on a busy block, the guest sees exactly which one and picks: skip that date and book the other seven, or choose a different start time. Nothing double-books.

Does the guest get eight separate emails?

No. One confirmation email lists every date, and it carries a single calendar invite for the whole series. Same for the host — one notification, not eight.

How does canceling work?

The cancel link on a series booking asks whether you mean just that meeting or the whole series. "Just this one" drops the single meeting and leaves the rest. "The whole series" cancels every upcoming meeting; the ones that already happened stay on the record.

Can I reschedule the whole series at once?

Rescheduling moves the one meeting you clicked and leaves the others in place — that covers the "I need to move next Tuesday" case, which is most of them. To shift the whole cadence, cancel the series and book it again at the new time.

Is there one meeting link for the whole series?

For Google Meet, yes — the series shares one link across every meeting, so the guest saves it once. Other locations show on each date the same way a single booking does.

How many meetings can a series be?

You set the ceiling per meeting type — up to 52. A twelve-week coaching block, a standing weekly 1:1 for a quarter, a year of monthly reviews: all one booking.

Can I charge for a recurring series?

Yes. Connect Stripe, set a price on the meeting type, and a series charges that price on its cadence — one charge per meeting, weekly, every two weeks, or monthly. The guest sees the terms before they pay, and the charge stops on its own once the run is done. Cancel the whole series and the upcoming charges stop; meetings that already happened stay charged.
