What shipped.
Every entry below is live in production — this page has no announcements, no previews, no roadmap. If it’s written here, you can use it today.
July 15, 2026
Live preview while you edit
The Rep Card and Schedule Page editors now show the real page beside the form as you type — phone and desktop views, updating as you edit. What you publish is what you already saw.

A Book button that stays under the thumb
On phones, public Rep Cards and Schedule Pages keep a booking bar pinned to the bottom of the screen. Visitors scroll the proof; the button stays close. Owners can turn it off per page.
July 15, 2026
Writing help on your public copy
Copy fields in the editors now underline filler phrases and template-speak the way a spell-checker underlines typos — with a plain-word swap suggested on hover. Never blocks publishing; just keeps your page sounding like you.

Start from a template — 7 of them
Baseball academy, med spa, fitness studio, coach, sales rep, real estate agent, contractor. One pick sets up a working Rep Card, Schedule Page, and session types, wired together as drafts you edit.

QR code + one-tap share on Rep Cards
Every Rep Card gets a share sheet: QR code you can download for print, copy link, text it, WhatsApp, LinkedIn. The QR lands people on your card from a business card or a gym wall.
July 15, 2026
One email when a booking changes twice
When someone books, cancels, and rebooks inside a few minutes, you now get one "Booking updated" email showing the final state — not three emails telling a story out of order.
July 14, 2026
buildoutschedule.com
The product moved to its own domain. Old links keep working — everything redirects.
July 14, 2026
Schedule Pages
Every event type you run, on one shareable page — grouped by day, program, age band, location, or instructor, in four layouts. Visitors book without leaving the page, and every booking follows its own event type’s rules.
July 14, 2026
Rep Card
A real landing page around your booking link: your face, testimonials, case studies, save-my-contact, and booking on the page. Templates to start from, your own subdomain or domain on paid plans.
July 13, 2026
Meeting detail + private notes
Tap any meeting to open a detail view with the attendee’s answers, payment status, and a private notes field only your team sees.
July 10, 2026
“How this works” on every screen
Every page in the product carries a help panel explaining what the screen does and where things connect — so your team learns the tool in place.
July 10, 2026
Admin center
Per-role permissions, event-type templates managed for the whole team, and workspace security controls — session length, MFA, IP rules — in one place.
July 10, 2026
Sign in with Google + branded link previews
One-tap sign-in, and your booking links now unfurl in chats with your logo and colors instead of a bare URL.
July 9, 2026
Contacts import
Bring your people in from CSV, Google contacts, or paste. Every booking rolls up under the person who made it.
July 9, 2026
Slack integration
New bookings, cancellations, and no-shows post to the channel you pick, plus a daily brief of what’s on the calendar.
July 9, 2026
Routing forms
A few questions up front send each visitor to the right person or event type. No wrong-meeting bookings.
July 9, 2026
Team scheduling
Round robin, collective events, attendee-picks-the-host, invites, and roles. Multi-host workspaces are real.
July 9, 2026
Pocket Agent features
Book in plain English, auto-reschedule offers when someone cancels, follow-up drafts that wait for your approval, and a morning brief of your day.
July 9, 2026
Waitlists
Full sessions take a waitlist. When a spot drops, the next person gets a claim window — cancellations fill themselves.
