What counts as a booking
- Creating, rescheduling, or canceling a meeting each count as one call against the cap.
- Availability checks are free and unmetered. Have your agents check as often as they want so they never book a conflict.
- The counter resets on your billing cycle date, every month, automatically.
- At 90% of the cap every response carries a warning header. At the cap the call comes back with a clear error, the reset date, and nothing half-booked.
