Draft the reply without leaving Gmail.

Scheduling threads die in the back-and-forth, not in your calendar. This extension puts a Draft with scheduler button next to Gmail's Send — one click and the reply is drafted with two or three times that are actually open. The Chrome Web Store listing is in submission; the developer install below works today.

It reads the thread you have open

No forwarding, no CC address to remember. The button sits next to Send; click it and the open conversation is what the scheduler works from.

Real open times only

Proposed times come from your availability rules — buffers, minimum notice, busy calendar blocks. The AI cannot invent a slot; if nothing is open, it says so.

You still own Send

The draft lands in your reply box, on top of anything you already typed — never over it. Edit it, cut it, send it. The extension never sends email.

Revocable from one page

The extension runs on a token you can revoke any time from Settings → Browser extensions. Revoke it and that install stops on its next request.

Set it up

  1. Grab the extension folder. Until the store listing is live, that means the developer route: open chrome://extensions, turn on Developer mode, and load the unpacked folder from the install kit.
  2. Click the extension icon and hit Connect Buildout Schedule. You approve once, on a page that shows exactly what the extension can do — draft replies as you, nothing else.
  3. Open any thread in Gmail, hit Reply, and click Draft with scheduler. The draft shows up in the reply box with your real open times.

Screenshots of each step land here once the store listing goes up. Tokens are managed at Settings → Browser extensions inside your dashboard — one per install, revocable one at a time.

Same scheduler, three doors

The extension is one way in. The same drafting pipeline answers when you CC the scheduler on a thread and when a guest replies to a confirmation asking to move a booked meeting. Every door has the same rule: the AI proposes, you approve.
