Who it’s for
AI meeting scheduler for consultants
A scheduling email comes in; a drafted reply with your real openings comes back for your approval. The assistant work, minus the assistant.
What it does in practice
- A client emails "let's get the kickoff scheduled." You CC scheduler@buildoutschedule.com, and the reply with your real openings is drafted before you finish your coffee refill. Approve and it sends as you.
- A client replies "this week got away from me" to their session confirmation and picks from three open slots. The session moves; you never touched it.
- A prospect types "early mornings, any day" on your booking page and books the slot that fits.

You approve everything
Drafted replies wait in an approval inbox — approve, edit, or reject — and approved sends go out from your own email address. The times the AI offers come from the same availability rules as your public booking page: calendar conflicts, buffers, and minimum notice all hold. If it cannot find a real slot, it hands the thread back to you instead of guessing.

Common questions
Does the AI ever email a client without my approval?
No. Drafts wait in an approval inbox, and approved replies send from your own email address. The rebooking loop only offers times that are actually free on your calendar.
How does it know my availability?
The same engine that runs your public booking page: your connected calendars, working hours, buffers, and minimum notice. Busy time on Google or Microsoft blocks the slot.
Can it handle paid sessions?
Rescheduling a paid session keeps the booking and its payment intact — the time moves, nothing gets re-charged. New paid bookings still go through your booking page with Stripe Checkout.
What does the AI cost?
It is included in your plan. There is no per-seat AI add-on or per-message fee.
